The Bel Aire Express Cabin 24, features quality materials, fine engineering, and is sure to give the builder wonderful performance afloat. Its high bow and wide beam cut waves down to size with ease. The generous express cabin is open, light and has plenty of head room. The interior is bright, airy and spacious. Sliding windows open on both sides-self contained in tracks. The cabin has plenty of head room with lots of living space. The hull configuration features a wide beam which gives you room to stretch out-no cramped quarters. The interior is built for comfort and convenience, sensibly laid out for maximum living space without sacrificing privacy.It sleeps 4 in its spacious seven foot bunks. The dinette seats two, while interior plans call for a layout with galley and private toilet. The sizeable flying bridge is roomy enough for several adults.
Designed for plywood construction, the rugged deep vee hull of our new Bel Aire uses a single layer of 3/8" plywood for the sides. Its 1/2" bottom is easy to form using two layers of 1/4" plywood glued with Epoxy Plus. All precut parts plus plans, instructions, glue, fastening, etc. are supplied with the complete Boat Kit.
All Cabin & Fly Bridge glass (3/16 plexiglass) are furnished with the complete Boat Kit. Bunks, less upholstery, are furnished along with cabin and cockpit floor. The cabinets only are furnished for the galley area. Seats are not supplied for the Bel Aire Cruiser though a variety of options are available from various manufacturers. Flying bridge does include bench seats, less upholstery. Small windshield pictured is also furnished. All parts for toilet encloser are furnished, less toilet.
