 This is an ideal boat for those who want a large, roomy utility type boat that can be used for many different purposes, such as fishing, water skiing, skin diving, and is an ideal off-shore fishing boat, with its wide beam and deep roomy cockpit. It has adequate storage space under the front deck for anchors, life preservers and other gear. Also, additional storage along the gunnels especially if side panels are installed.
The center console that is supplied with this model is placed in a suggested position only and can be moved either forward, aft or from side to side. An additional console can also be installed so that there will be two, side by side.
There is ample room under the steering console for installation of inboard engine. Console and bench type seat are supplied with the complete kit, along with the bow seat, as shown on plan drawing. Transom seat not supplied.
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS for our boat kits have been designed for those who have never built a boat before. As you can see in drawing , each part in the hull is assigned a number, this number in turn is imprinted on each piece of mahogany and marine plywood that is included in the complete boat kit. Using this technique an amateur can easily assemble any Clark Craft complete kit listed on this site.
