 This sporty craft, a stock or sport runabout qualifying for Class C or D, carries four people with ease for general sport activity. For ski power or racing..Bottom design is developed for racing speed with non tripping chines. For racing, the forward cockpit may, under the rules, be covered. Construction is straight forward with nothing to guess at. The racing weight is geared to class of motor used. Full size patterns for all key parts and instruction are included in the plan set.
Bottom planking is 3/8 marine plywood. Sides and deck are 1/4" marine plywood. Kit also includes all the fastenings for assembly including silicon bronze screw and nails, complete set of assembly instructions and all parts are marked for easy assembly.
COMPLETE BOAT KIT
Our high speed runabout is also offered as a complete boat kit. As can be seen from the three assembly drawings below, the hull can be assembled in a very few hours using our pre cut parts and easy to read step by step assembly drawings. The complete boat kit includes all the parts, completely cut out and ready to assemble. All framing members are cut from top quality mahogany. Keel and chine battens are completely cut and ready to install.
FRAME KIT
Frame kit includes all of the frames and transom, completely pre cut from top quality, mahogany timber and ready to assemble. Full set of plans and patterns to complete the design are also included.

This boat was built from Clark Craft's complete boat kit. The customer altered the boat slighty leaving out the center deck, moving the steering position forward,and installed his own bucket seats.
